About Ramjet’s Speed Shop & Performance Shop in Phoenix, AZ.

Ron “Ramjet” Mei moved to Arizona in 1969 from Chicago, Ill. A Gear Head at heart, he spent many weekends at Beeline Dragway or Cruising Central. His First Car was a 57’ Chevy. From then, he raced Super Gas and Super Comp at Firebird Raceway, even a drag boat on Firebird lake. He opened the Speed Shop based on his love for old motors and cars! Here at Ramjet’s We all Work on our own, so we understand what it’s like trying to find a good shop for all your parts needs. We pride ourselves in having the largest inventory at the cheapest price, and an amazing, knowledgeable staff to help with with anything you need.

Happy Customers

“I’ve been trying to get here for 2 yrs but obligations held me up. I give them 5 stars for excellent friendly service, knowledgeable and an amazing selection for racing parts ranging from botls to 4 link suspension. I grabbed a few things for my ride while there. They’re the biggest speed shop in Arizona”

Misfit 831

“Best in Phoenix for any and ALL high performance parts for street cars, Hot Rods, Rat Rods, Muscle Cars and full out Race Cars. You can typically go in and they will have the parts you need “IN Stock” unlike the other HP parts place (L*p*rs).”
